Hotel
Solutions is here to answer any hotel questions you may
have as well as provide information on the city of Montgomery.
Below is a list of hotels for you to call and set up your
reservation with. Please have you dates and credit card
information ready.
Attention: active/retired military, civil service and
other qualified government personal; not all hotels offer
the per diem rate of $60.00 please ask before you make
your reservation. A lot of the hotels are sold out of their
military rated rooms.
Items an * next to the hotels that were last offering
the $60.00 rate however this changes daily. We will be
updating this web page as often as needed to provide information
to attendees.
Our office hours here at Hotel Solutions are 7am – 5
pm (Central Time) Monday – Friday. We are happy to
answer any questions you may have about hotels in the area.
We will be working extended hours 8/12 – 8/18. Anyone
that has made a reservation directly with Hotel Solutions
please still contact us for cancellations or changes.

2). Always look over the surrounding area when entering
any parking lot
3). Always keep you car door locked, please keep personal
item out of sight
4). Always report any subspecies active to the front
desk immediately (this is very important)
