Civil Rights accommodations:Terms and conditions All rates are subject to availability Accommodations are for 1-2 people some hotels charge additional fees for reservations with more then 3 people in a room Breakfast is severed in hotel lobby, hours vary from hotel to hotel. Ask for breakfast hours at time of check in. I understand Hotel Solutions is a 3rd party booking company and the information I have provided will be used to make my hotel accommodations I understand the hotel I have agreed on will expect me to check in on set date or cancel by set cut off date in order to not be charged a no show fee I understand it is my responsibility to find out understand hotel policies I understand Hotel Solutions is not responsible for lost communications such as e-mail or voice mails if I don't have a valid cancellation confirmation I am responsible for no show charges Guest must visit attraction within set hours of operations. Your credit card will be charged for any damages or excessive cleaning fees Check in is after 3:00 pm - Check out is 11:00 am Cancellation fees You have till 4:00 pm the day of arrival Group reservations and 5 or more rooms are subject to additional fees Reservations that are not cancelled and no one checks into the hotel will be charged 1st night stay plus tax Reservation made 72 hours prior to check in need to call 334-567-5453 Hotel Solutions is a 3rd party booking company in the event you have a disagreement with your accommodations we will assist you in getting justification. We will move you to another hotel or if hotel offers refund we will provide that under the guidelines of above stated refund policy. Hotel Solutions is not responsible for any mental, physical, personal loss or damage to property of guest(s). Hotel Solutions is not responsible for guest safety. Not all hotels and attractions have on site security however we do chose hotels with the highest standards available. Safety is in the hands of the guest. Kids must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 at all times when attending attractions and for the entire time you are staying in hotel. |
