Room block agreements and contracts will be sent to you by hotel and must be signed and returned with in 30 days of quote 

Credit card is required to pick up a room out of room block and must be provided by individuals when they call in to make a reservation 

Rate are good for 1-2 people per room

Breakfast is included in room rates except at Renaissance Hotel

Breakfast is only included for guest staying in hotel. Anyone not staying in hotel will be charged for breakfast

Check in is not till after 3:00 pm

Check out is before 11:00 am

Taxes are not included in rates

Any rooms not picked up 60 days out will be dropped from room block and all reservation made after 60 days will be subject to availability and possible rate increase.

Guest is responsibility for terms of any contracts signed by them and the hotel they chose to work with

 I understand Hotel Solutions is a 3rd party booking company and my information I have provided will be used to make my hotel accommodations

I understand the hotel I have agreed on will expect me to check in on set date or cancel by set cut or I will be charged a no show fee

I understand Hotel Solutions is not responsible for loss communications such as e-mails and voice mails if I do not have a valid cancellation number provided by Hotel Solutions or the hotel I am still responsible for no show charges.

I agree it is my responsibility to find out and understand hotel policy

Individual will be charged for the following

*Anyone smoking in a non-smoking room or hotel

*Excessive cleaning charges of room 

* Items missing from hotel

All guest are required to follow hotel rules if anyone is asked to leave hotel due to misconduct or excessive noise complaints

Not all hotels and restaurants have on site security. Hotel Solutions  hotels, and restaurants  are not responsible for guest safety however Hotel Solutions only chooses hotels and vendors with the highest quality of products and standards.
