Family time is so special, every year we all change and things happen to keep us apart. Don’t let your kids grow up not knowing their distant relatives and the best way to stop this from happening is a yearly reunion. Hotel Solutions can offer your family discounted hotel rates as well as help you plan to spend quality time with the people you love so much. Montgomery has been hosting family ruinous for many years and we want to extent a southern down home welcome to you and your family.
- Rates are good for 1-2 people per room. Most hotels charge for 3 or more people in the room these prices vary form hotel to hotel.
- Maximum capacity for a double room is 6 people
- Maximum capacity for a king room is 4 people
- A valid credit card is needed to make a reservation
- Cancellations after 14 days out - guest will lose deposits made or be applied to alternate date if entire group cancels. If entire group does not cancel but individual cancels it is up to the hotel to decide if a refund will be given.
- Remainder of hotel balance is due at time of check in.
- Check in is not until after 3:00 pm
- Check out is 11:00 am
- Taxes are NOT included in rates listed below, hotel tax is 12.5% plus a city charge of $1.00 per room night
- Breakfast is included in most hotel rates
- Most family reunions are set up as a block of rooms, individuals will call in and reserve their room. Room blocks will drop 60 days out from check in date. Reservations made after room block cut off are subject to availability and possibly rate increase
- Some hotels will not set up room blocks they require a group contact. All contracts are set up between the guest and the hotel.
- All terms of the contract are the guest responsibility.
- Hotel Solutions will be happy to explain hotel contracts however Hotel Solutions is in no way involved in hotel contract or agreement. Any payments due to the hotel is the responsibility of the guest who signed the contract.
- Some groups depending on number of rooms picked up are entitled to a complimentary room for group leader / bus driver or meeting room for a meet and greet event
