Hotel Solutions will set up a room block for your guest to call in and make their reservations, if the block does not fill by set cut off date then we will contact you before it is dropped to let you know how many rooms have been picked up, if no additional reservation come in after set time we will drop the room block and you will have no charges for any up claimed rooms.
