We will process your reservation and e-mail you a hotel confirmation, hotel information and directions. We will process your 1st hotel choice, if they are sold out we will process your 2nd. hotel choice. If you do not receive a hotel confirmation with in 72 hours please check your junk mail, if you do not have a hotel confirmation there please e-mail us at hotelsolutions@elmore.rr.com or call us at 334-567-5453.

Group reservations can be made using this same reservation form, just put in number of rooms needed and we will send you confirmation numbers for each room. Rooming list are required for 5 or more rooms. Group rooming list forms are located on the home page at the top, click on "Travel Forms"
Breakfast is included in all hotel rates except hotels listed with an * next to them.
